IWriteCode – Adrian Tosca

About Me

Who am I?

My name is Adrian Tosca . I live in Bucharest, Romania.

My first computer was a ZX Spectrum HC, a clone of the 8-bit  ZX Spectrum and that one was guilty of driving my interest to computers and making me interested in programming. I started, of course, with BASIC continued later on with C++, and more recently with c#. My interests have expanded by then to software architecture and design with a bigger emphasis on web technologies.

Starting from 2008, I work with TeamNet, Romania as  a software architect and software developer. I am currently developing a multiple company payroll web platform adapted for the complex Romanian laws. Before this I was a technical lead for GPSG IBM Romania where I was involved in designing and development of an internal system providing mission business support.

What is this blog about?

This blog is mostly about software development. I will write about things I find interesting while working. Some times I find solutions to issues that I feel worth sharing.   I like to research new stuff and write my thoughts about what I find in a public blog post where it can be easily referenced later.

What does the name of the blog mean?

In .NET Framework programming the standard naming pattern for interfaces is to start with a big I and continue with the real name of the interface. It is also a joke that had a real geeky success on T-shirts:
